Yes! We offer free shipping on custom church T-shirts and apparel throughout Washington State and across the U.S. For churches with multiple campuses, we can also split-ship orders to different locations at no additional charge.

Local delivery: Available in Seattle, Kent, Bellevue, Redmond, and nearby areas, within 30 miles of Kent for a $50 fee.

We offer two different types of samples:

Blank apparel samples: Before placing a bulk order, we can ship blank garments so your church can check the fabric, garment color, fit, and sizing. You’ll pay for the samples upfront, but the cost will be deducted from your future order.

Pre-production sample: After your order is placed and the digital mockup is approved, we can produce one finished, decorated item free of charge. This allows you to review the logo placement, colors, sizing, and quality of the printing or embroidery. The sample is not shipped; we’ll send photos for approval, and production will remain paused until we receive your response.

Churches and nonprofits are generally required to pay Washington sales tax. If your purchase qualifies for an exemption or resale, send us a valid certificate or reseller permit before ordering. We’ll verify it before issuing your invoice. Washington Department of Revenue

We support JPG, PNG, SVG, AI, PDF, EPS, PSD, HEIC, WEBP, and TIFF files. For crisp, professional-quality printing, upload artwork at 300 DPI or higher, or submit a vector file whenever possible. Files with transparent backgrounds are preferred for greater design flexibility. View our artwork requirements.

Yes. We keep your digital artwork details on file, making it easy to reorder the same shirts for future church events, conferences, mission trips, summer camps, or ministry programs. Discounts may also be available on repeat orders.

Yes, your church can provide its own shirts or apparel. We’ll review the garments to ensure they’re suitable for custom printing or embroidery and recommend the best decoration method for your design. A 6-piece minimum order applies.

Yes. We provide a digital mockup for approval before production begins. You can review the design, colors, size, and placement. Printing or embroidery begins only after your authorized church representative approves the final proof.

Our minimum order is 6 pieces, making it ideal for church staff, ministry teams, volunteers, and worship groups. We do not offer single-shirt printing.
