Most T-shirts are ready within 10 business days after the final design is approved. If you need your order sooner, we also offer 3-day and 7-day rush options.

Production time may vary depending on the order quantity, artwork complexity, decoration method, and our current workload. For a confirmed completion date, send us your project details, and we’ll provide an estimated production timeline.

Once your order is ready, we can ship it for free anywhere in Washington or you can pick it up from our shop in Kent, WA. We’re approximately 30 minutes from Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Renton, and Kirkland.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders throughout Washington State and across the U.S. We can also split-ship orders to different locations at no additional charge.

Local delivery: Available in Seattle, Kent, Bellevue, Redmond, and nearby areas, within 30 miles of Kent for a $50 fee.

Yes. Bring us your own T-shirts, long-sleeve tops, polos, or other garments. We’re happy to decorate them.

Yes, the minimum is just 6 items of any type, so a small order isn’t a problem.

If your business or organization qualifies to buy tax-free, provide a valid reseller permit or sales tax exemption certificate before placing your order. Once our team verifies it, we’ll waive the sales tax.

One thing to note: this can’t be applied at online checkout on our website, so reach out to us directly to set it up.

Yes, we do offer bulk discounts. Pricing depends on several factors, including the total quantity, decoration method, and product selection. Generally, the more you order, the lower the price per item.

Yes. We will create a digital mock-up/graphics before we print for your approval, showing the design, logo placement, and sizing. In some cases, additional work may be required*

We don’t offer full custom design or build artwork from scratch, but we can refine what you already have. That covers small tweaks: swapping colors, resizing, choosing fonts, and editing text, like adding your name or team name - plus getting everything press-ready. So if you arrive with a logo, sketch, or rough concept, we’ll prep it for screen printing or DTG/DTF printing. Anything more involved is best handled by a professional designer before you order with us.

We accept JPG, PNG, SVG, AI, PDF, EPS, PSD, HEIC, WEBP, and TIFF files.

For the best results, send high-resolution artwork (300 DPI or higher) or vector files. Transparent backgrounds are recommended when possible. More information here.

Short answer: for t-shirts, screen printing is the right choice in most cases. Embroidery on a tee only makes sense for small logos when you want a more premium, uniform look.

Screen printing is best for t-shirts when:

• Your design is large - full front, full back, or across the chest
• You want bright, bold colors that stand out
• You’re ordering a bigger batch - the price per shirt drops significantly as quantity goes up
• You want the shirt to stay soft, light, and comfortable, with no added weight or stiffness
• You’re making tees for events, crews, promo giveaways, or team merch

Embroidery on a t-shirt makes sense when:

• You only need a small left-chest or sleeve logo
• You want a more polished, professional look - closer to a uniform than to merch
