Our standard turnaround time is approximately 10 business days from the date your design is approved. For customers who need branded polos sooner, we also offer 7-business-day and 3-business-day rush options.
Keep in mind that production cannot begin until your artwork and digital proof have been approved, so delayed approval may affect the completion date.

Once your order is ready, we can ship it for free directly to your location, or you’re welcome to pick it up from our store in Kent, WA. It’s just +/-30 minutes away from Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, and Tacoma.

For the cleanest embroidery or print, send us the highest-quality version of your company logo, or design you have.
We accept JPG, PNG, SVG, AI, PDF, EPS, PSD, HEIC, WEBP, and TIFF files. For raster images such as JPG or PNG, aim for 300 DPI or higher at the intended print size. Vector files such as AI, EPS, or SVG are ideal because they can be resized without losing sharpness.
If possible, submit artwork with a transparent background, especially for designs that will be printed on different polo shirt colours.

Yes, you can bring your own polos for customization. A minimum order of 6 pieces applies.
Before we start, we’ll need to check the garments to make sure the fabric and construction are suitable for embroidery or printing.

Yes. Before production begins, we provide a digital mock-up for approval so you can review the artwork, logo placement, sizing, and overall appearance of your custom polo. We will not move forward with production until the required design approval has been completed.

When your design is ready, click “Next Step” to enter your email and save your design. Then, add your customized item to your cart.

Embroidery
The most popular choice for custom polos. Embroidery adds a raised, textured finish that gives your logo a polished, professional look and complements polo fabrics well. Screen Printing
